EBD starts a program of educative cooperation with the MIT

EBD is between the ten first Spanish Hosting Institutions of the International Initiatives of Science and Technology of the MIT

As a result of the first Technological and of Innovation Bridge in Boston organized the past July by Cambra de Comerç of Barcelona and Active Barcelona, representants of EBD had the opportunity to visit, to know and settle the basis of a collaboration agreement with the MIT, the most prestigious technology university in the States.

Thanks to the conversations and meetings with the MIT, they had signed an agreement by which EBD is one of the ten first hosting institutions in Spain, one of the 8 countries that at the moment have cooperation programs with the North American university.

In June of 2007, the first MIT Student will arrive to Barcelona and Hill collaborate and reinforce the area of Strategic Marketing of the company, supporting the channel and product international policies and the development of the northamerican market, giving support to the office of EBD in Miami.

Between the plans of expansion of EBD at international level, is t sponsor at the end of year, the MISTI program, reinforcing the policy of the Catalan multinational with respect to the relation company - university, or solid in Cataluña through the agreements with the University School of Computer science of the UAB where EBD is already, for second consecutive year, a recognized subject.
