EBD sponsors Experiencia 2.0

Managers learn how to apply the tools of Web 2.0 in their business.

EBD, sponsored Experience 2,0, a workshop for managers interested in knowing the advantages of being a 2.0 Company. For 2 days, the workshop gathered, in Chaeauform Mas Sant Joan Baix Emporda (Girona), a group of experienced advisors and consultants in innovation and communication.

The workshop presented a vision of the evolution of Internet to Web 2.0, with a deeper insight into Web 2.0, its tools, its real application to companies, and its potential to create social network. The tools of Web 2.0 (blogs, wikis, social networks like Facebook or Myspace, Youtube, voice on IP through Skype, and instant messenger) all online and free, allow the exchange of knowledge and information in the company among team members, vendors and clients.

A 2.0 company is the one using these tools to accelerate internal procedures, improve productivity, make more horizontal the relationship with clients and vendors, and add value to be more competitive in a global environment. Examples of 2.0 companies range from large multinational like Procter and Gamble, Microsoft or Google, to local companies that can become international at a very low cost.
