RTVE desired a portal that could be open, simple, effective and able to keep up with its changing needs. With this Web portal, it hoped to:
- Improve its corporate image,
- Create an extremely powerful system for managing dynamic content, capable of handling Flash video, graphics, photos, images and press release searches.
- Develop a simple-to-use easy-to-learn BackOffice to increase end-user efficiency, and
- Migrate all content to the portal in a gradual and organized manner.

Solution
RTVE selected eBD as the development platform for the implementation of its portal of dynamic and constantly-changing programming content.
RTVE also chose eBD for intranet development.
Working in concert with Tenea and RTVE, Oasys Soft implemented the RTVE projects using its eBD development methodology.
This methodology is all-encompassing; with it, prototypes can be designed, in-depth analyses performed, documentation created, requirements detailed and tools implemented, in accordance with the needs of Radio Televisión Española.

Results
The entire process took five months: three months for concept analysis (culminating in prototypes, functional documentation and a list of requirements that were presented to RTVE), and two months for implementation once RTVE gave the go-ahead.
