Oasyssoft presents the "Digital City" in III the Regional Meeting of the State of Sinaloa Government , Mexico.
The State Public Administration and Municipal-CIAPEM Committee of Computer science and the State of Sinaloa Government have invited Oasyssoft to give a conference in the III Regional Meeting that will be carried out in Culiacán, Sinaloa, 27th and 28th of April.
"Our governments are every day more interested in communicating better with the citizen to inform about the public management, to facilitate his participation and also to make agile the processes in where the citizen takes part. This objective is not possible without the use of the new technologies like Internet, e-government web applications and efficient servers to support the high concurrence"
It has been proposed the DIGITAL CITY project that offers a solution to improve their management by the e-government services which must be continuously improved based on the citizen needs and expectations. The end users of the product will be citizens, companies and organizations.
The city councils included in the project of digital city will have a tool to create a portal in two steps, and allows:
- To create its own portal in a easy and intuitive form.
- To personalize the structure of the portal and its sections.
- To customize the visual design of the portal (colors, bottoms and fonts).
- To maintain the contents.
- To add or to eliminate sections and pages.
During the conference it will be possible to discover several solutions for e-government, to see the simple process of a portal creation, to know the most common contents in digital cities of Europe and America and attendees will learn the methodology implantation as well.
